Am Montag den 3. Juni 2019 haben wir tagsüber von 15:00 bis 18:00 Uhr die finnischen Rotarier bei uns zu Gast. Die Rotarier bringen drei Kirchboote mit, in denen sie eine Stunde lang über die Alster schippern werden. Anschließend gibt es ein Get-Together im Veranstaltungsbereich des CLUB. Wir erwarten fünfzig bis hundert Gäste. Mit Nord Event ist schon alles abgeklärt. Die Rotarier engagieren sich sozial. Die Einnahmen aus der Veranstaltung (hier die Ankündigung auf Englisch) sind für den Schutz der Ostsee bestimmt. Aus dem CLUB unterstützen Rami Tafeche und Ben Böttcher unsere Gäste bei allem, was sie so brauchen.
We Finnish Rotarians are participating to Rotary International Convention in Hamburg. Part of program we are organizing small rowing event where your club has promised to be as a contact place. The rowing is not a competition. The idea is to invite the participants from different countries around the Baltic Sea. We Finnish Rotarian will demonstrate how we have organized funny event by rowing for charity purposes. The idea is to row around 4 – 6 km in Alster lake by leading you. During rowing it is idea to make a simple water test measuring visibility of depth by using Secchi plate.
